Implementasi Pendekatan Dinamika Kelompok Dalam Meminimalisir Tindakan Bullying di SMAS Beringin Talang Muandau

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan pendekatan dinamika kelompok dalam meminimalisir tindakan bullying di SMAS Beringin Talang Muandau. Pendekatan dinamika kelompok digunakan untuk mengubah norma sosial di kalangan siswa agar mendukung perilaku pro-sosial dan mengurangi perilaku bullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa kelas X IPS 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan dalam tindakan bullying verbal, pengucilan sosial, dan kekerasan fisik setelah diterapkannya pendekatan ini. Siswa mulai menunjukkan interaksi yang lebih positif, terbuka, dan saling mendukung selama kegiatan kelompok. Pendekatan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif siswa tentang pentingnya menghormati perbedaan dan menolak perilaku bullying. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan dinamika kelompok secara konsisten di sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif.
