Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out about the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMAN 9 Mandau in mathematics learning and the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5). The article wants to offer a learning formula while simultaneously empowering the learning process itself to be more useful for the public because the output produced can be a real work product. Including having connections with other subjects. This learning strategy is oriented towards contextual learning with a project-based learning model. Apart from that, the teacher guides and directs students to utilize appropriate technology in learning the project. So, with a learning strategy like this, it is possible for students to learn actively and meaningfully and has direct implications for the benefits of the learning process itself. This learning strategy can be carried out individually or in groups according to the conditions, facilities and infrastructure as well as the level of difficulty of the project. So that the output produced is truly objective, students are instilled with character values ​​in accordance with the mandate given to them.
