Peran Mudabbirah Sebagai Pendamping Pengasuhan Santri dalam Menanamkan Nilai Keagamaan Santriwati Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Pondok Modern Al-Jauhar IKHD

This study aims to determine the role and influencing factors of mudabbirah as a companion for nurturing students in instilling the religious values of female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Pondok Modern Al-Jauhar IKHD. This type of research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In order to obtain data about the role and factors influencing the mudabbirah as a companion in caring for students at Pondok Modern Al-Jauhar IKHD, data collection techniques are needed in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data triangulation. in instilling religious values for female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Pondok Modern Al-Jauhar IKHD. The role played by the mudabbirah is like the sense of responsibility of the mudabbiah to protect, guide the morals of the santri and provide advice to the santri who need direction to become a better santriwati than before. The internal factors are mudabbirah still has a sense of selfishness so that sometimes he pays little attention to the problems faced by santri, the lack of knowledge of mudabbirah to become a good hostel administrator, especially from speaking the language when conveying messages, advice, and also reprimanding female students. Other factors also come from the diverse background conditions of the female students' family life, then the various characteristics of the female students starting from the female students who are quiet, mischievous, angry, and others
