Mengenal Lebih Dekat Tentang Qiroat Al-Qur’an dan Qurro

Abstract

Arab society is a community of various tribes located throughout the Arabian peninsula. This geography has an impact on the social order of Arab society, one of which is the variety of dialects (lahjah) that differ from one tribe to another. This kind of difference is very natural if we look at the geographical and socio-cultural aspects of each tribe. Although divided into various dialects, the Arab community has a common language that can unite them in communicating, trading and doing other activities. On the other hand, the diversity of dialects also affects the ability of people to recite the language of the Qur'an. The phenomenon of dialect diversity that affects the ability to recite the language of the Qur'an is something natural. From here brings the consequences of the emergence of various kinds of readings (Qiroat) in reciting the Qur'an, which in the end was responded to by the Prophet by justifying the recitation of the Qur'an with various kinds of Qiroat. In further development, it is understood that differences in reading can be used as a means of making it easier to read and recite the Qur'an in accordance with one's abilities and dialect.
