Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
  • The submission file is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) using the official ALBISTA article template.
  • The manuscript follows the official ALBISTA template. The authors have not modified the page size, margins, journal header, footer, or predefined formatting.
  • The manuscript uses Times New Roman 10 pt for the main text, single spacing, A4 paper size, and a one-column layout. The recommended manuscript length is approximately 6–10 pages.
  • The article title is clear, concise, relevant to the content of the community service activity, and contains no more than 14 words.
  • The manuscript includes abstracts in Indonesian and English, each containing 90–230 words, and provides 3–5 relevant keywords in both languages.
  • The manuscript follows the required structure: Pendahuluan (minimum 700 words), Metode Pelaksanaan (minimum 500 words), Hasil dan Pembahasan (minimum 1,800 words), Kesimpulan (minimum 200 words), Acknowledgements where applicable, and References.
  • All tables and figures are numbered consecutively, clearly presented, referred to in the text, and prepared according to the ALBISTA formatting requirements.
  • All in-text citations and references follow APA 7th Edition. The manuscript contains at least 10–13 relevant references, prioritizes recent scholarly sources from the last five years, and includes DOI links in URL format when available.
  • The names, institutional affiliations, and email address of the corresponding author are complete and accurate. Academic degrees and professional titles are not included in the author names.
  • The manuscript complies with publication ethics. The authors confirm that the manuscript is free from plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, inappropriate authorship, and other forms of academic misconduct.
  • The manuscript has been carefully proofread for language, formatting, citations, references, tables, and figures, and complies with the ALBISTA Author Guidelines.
