Pelaksanaan Program Remedial Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam 4 SMA Negeri Di Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

: This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher Remedial Program in 4 State Senior High Schools in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Implementation of The Islamic Relegious Education Teacher Remedial Program In 4 State Senior High Schools In Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency.

                This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. The location of this research is in SMA Negeri: 1, 2, 5 dan 6 in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. The sources of this data are 4 Islamic Relegious Education teachers in 4 state Senior High Schools In Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.

                From the result of this qualitative study, the researches concluded: 1) the implementation of the remedial program for Islamic Relegious Relegious Education teachers in 4 state Senior High Schools In the suburbs of Bengkalis Regency has been implemented quite well. After the Teacherknows the students learning difficulties and after holding daily tests there are some students who have not completed several basic competitions, the teacher immediately re-explains the learning that is not understood by the students. after explaning again the teacher immediately gave remedial questions for the implementation of the remedial program in order to get a value above the KKM standard. 2) factors supporting the implementation of the remedial programsare carried out well, the value of students who are not complete in learning is improved. 3) the inhibiting factor in the implementation of the remedial program is the limited time available to carry out  remedial activitie.
